Throughout a toad’s travels.. i often stop by the VGH (Vancouver General Hospital) to pick-up butts! i hate, paying the tax… In so doing, support my tobacco addiction.. Well management of said hospital, probably throughout a great number of meetings an think-tanks.. Came up with this idea,
on how to spend Jim Pattison an our Tax’s dollars by;
placing a chain-link fence around some doors!

i spend my days digging in dumpsters, picking-up 5 cents @ a time, often dropping by the Vancouver General Hospital, to pick-up butt’s, one need’s to smoke without giving the government, 50% an then the tax for my half an the governments portion also…
i seen a company placing, a chain-link fence, where i’ve picked-up butt’s…
Now Mr. Pattison, could they have not spent the money on the sick an dying, or god forbid research…
i would honestly say poor management, Dear Mr. Pattison!
