The Carnegie Center Outreach, has been working with me… They have been say that there are possibilities of not being outside this winter…
However i’m not holding my breath!
i have been on many list for subsidized housing, throughout all the time i’ve been on the street… Never make into any building in the past five years…
Well, we will just see and find out ifinn the Carnegie Center Outreach does a better job than all the others…
